Existing, active MMP members can create a web account by entering their last name and the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number.

If a matching account is found, you will be able to create your password.

To get started:

1. Enter your last name
2. Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number or your AMG ID
3. Click the "I'm not a robot" check box
4. Click the "Look me up" button

1. Enter your email address
2. Enter a password
   • At least 8 characters
   • Include a minimum of 2 letters
   • Include a minimum of 2 numbers
   • Do not use spaces
   • Do not use /, ", #
3. Confirm your password
4. Click the "Create Account" button
